Second, we produce a predictive Total Cost of Ownership model for the proposed target-state architecture. Solution Architecture & Vendor Selection

A high-level architectural blueprint for a scalable, secure, and compliant platform, paired with an objective review of best-fit technologies, cloud services, and AI tooling. Catalyst is vendor-agnostic; the recommendation is the one that fits the workload, the cost envelope, and the regulatory frame, not the one a partnership tier nudges us toward.

Compliance & Governance Planning

Compliance is engineered into the target-state architecture rather than retrofitted later. We develop the data governance, risk management, and IAM frameworks the build will need to satisfy from day one, aligned to the regulatory frame that applies to you. Where the regulatory frame is the primary driver of the engagement, this work hands off cleanly to our GRC service and Praxis.
