Sakura Sky is now a fully remote company for all staff. We made this decision after careful planning because it gives our team more flexibility and lets us hire without geographic limits, both of which matter in a market where the best people are rarely all in one city.
Going remote means we recruit on skills, experience, and enthusiasm for the work rather than proximity to an office. It also means our people work from wherever suits them best: a home office, a co-working space, or somewhere with better weather.
For our team, the benefits are practical: less commuting, more control over the shape of the working day, and room to fit work around family and other responsibilities. For our customers, the same change means we can put the right specialists on their work regardless of where those specialists happen to live, and cover more time zones than any one office could. A settled, motivated team does better work, and that is ultimately what our customers pay us for.
Remote work is not without challenges, and we have prepared for them. We have invested in communication and collaboration tooling so distributed teams can work together without friction, and we have built a culture of trust and clear communication to support people working apart from one another.
Our offices remain open in all key markets, so compliance and operations are unaffected. Staff can work from any office, use its facilities, or meet customers there, and customers are welcome to meet our team at an office by appointment.
